Certified scope

The certification covers the Information Security Management System used for the design, development, operation, and support of Phonovation’s messaging platforms and related digital services. The scope includes:
  • All current messaging platforms.
  • New messaging platforms introduced during the certification cycle.
  • Supporting on-premises infrastructure.
  • Data processing activities.
  • Customer support activities.
The certified scope is in accordance with Statement of Applicability version 1.1, dated 16 September 2025.

Certification period

Certification is subject to annual assessments and remains conditional on Phonovation maintaining the required performance standards throughout the certified registration period.

The certificate was issued by Amtivo (Ireland) and authorised by Steve Russell, Chief Governance Officer.
